Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Participant Cancellations & Refunds

• 14+ Days Notice: Cancellations requested 14 or more calendar days prior to the start of a scheduled course/service are eligible for a full refund (less a $25 processing fee).

• 7–13 Days Notice: Cancellations requested between 7 and 13 days prior to the start date will receive a 50% refund (less a $25 processing fee), or the full registration fee can be transferred to a future course date.

• Less Than 7 Days Notice: Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

2. Participant Substitutions

You may substitute another participant in your place at no extra charge, provided you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course.

3. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to low enrollment, instructor emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by us, participants will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future date. CISM Team Inc. is not responsible for external travel or accommodation costs incurred.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
